JOB SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, ensure the effective delivery of investment products and services by providing a full complement of support and related resources to the licensed representatives and their customers.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following are essential job accountabilities:
1. Identify needs and refer customers to business Select partners within and across lines of business who can best meet those needs.
2. Ensure effective transaction processing by inputting the trade order, submitting documentation to the Main office, and monitoring the required steps which follow.
3. Establish new accounts for customers by inputting the information into the Pershing system and creating a hard-copy file.
4. Maintain client files by ensuring that relevant documents are maintained.
5. Review pending trade settlements to ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
6. Coordinate with the Main office as needed regarding documentation, procedures, commission accounting, etc.
7. Assist sales associates with regard to setting appointments and preparing for client reviews.
8. Ensure office signage is compliant and brochures are current.
9. Assist one or more sales reps with seminars, telemarketing and other proactive steps to produce new business. (i.e. Developing newsletters, invitations, . . . )
10. Provide information to clients regarding account activity, market quotations, trade transactions, etc.
11. Maintain current knowledge of market activities and product offerings to ensure full support of sales staff.
12. Effect the sale of brokerage and insurance products as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent, Insurance license, Series 6&/or11 Securities license
Preferred Education: Bachelors degree, Series 7, 63, Securities license.
Minimum Experience: 3 plus years experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Experience: 5 years experience in the investment field.
Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Sales experience.
Skills: Administrative: Written communication skills.
Working knowledge of personal computers
Thorough knowledge of established practices in use in a brokerage environment
Skills: Machine: PC, CRT, calculator, telephone, fax.
