Seeking an Office Assistant who has a strong knowledge of and ability to utilize MS Office and InDesign software to assist our client within the marketing /advertising industry on an open-ended, temporary / contract basis. Hours will be part time from Noon to 5:00pm, Monday though Friday. Our client is located near downtown Madison, and offers free parking and a business casual environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble proposals and reports using Word, Excel and Power Point
Perform light administrative tasks
Help answer the telephone over the noon hour
Assist the Creative Director with a variety of tasks, some by using InDesign
