Job Description: Under general supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Lennox products. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Follows all safety, health, security and environmental standards. May be required to perform open/close procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires at least 3 year experience in retail sales. Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong computer skills required; Microsoft applications. Knowledge of HVAC systems required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
