Caribou is actively currently seeking a Full:Time Property Manager who is looking for a fast:paced career in a strong Real Estate market like Dane County. Primary responsibilities include performing available property showings, answering phones and responding to online inquiries, logging workorders, performing lease signings, running background/credit checks, and much more. Full:Time position available. Expected hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours for showings and follow:up.Qualified candidates have an interest in residential property management (experience preferred but not required), are great on the phone/ and show clear organizational skills. Additionally, great candidates are full of energy and excited to learn more. Must be presentable, professional, and have access to reliable transportation. Moderate computer experience required.
