The lease for this room would begin as soon as you move in and it would end on August 31, xxxx. Rent is $500, plus 1/3 of all utilities, and if you move-in now, April rent is free! You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one female Herzing student in a three room/2.5 bath house. My roommate and I are both females, undergrads at Herzing. We are clean, nice and easy-going. The house has central A/C and heating, a beautiful back yard that is great for entertaining, a W/D, fans in every room, and it is fully furnished (with the exception of the room available for rent). There are multiple bus lines that are very close to the house, all within a 2 minute walk. Campus is just down the street and it is a 5 minute drive to downtown Madison. Also, I have two small dogs (Jack Russell mixes) and a pot-belly pig (yes, I said a pig..she is very cute and friendly). They all live inside and are potty-trained to go out a doggie-door.
