Family of 5, struggling, looking for someone to go in on a 3 bdrm apt. Must be ok with little kids & pets. We have a 7yo boy, 5yo boy, & 2yo girl. Also a cat & a Chihuahua. My cat does not get along with other cats. But would be willing to consider other dogs as long as theyre very friendly and theyre allowed in the dwelling. I myself Love pitties, but landlords however, don't... Anyhow, I love to cook & you would be more than welcome to eat with us sometimes. I am Very easy to get along with. Im not a Neat Freak, but I would make sure to keep things clean. I'm self employed as a childcare provider. Sometimes the care would be done at our place, & sometimes at their place. I can provide you with a furnished room if you'd like. And I have a lot of home furnishings in storage. We're willing to live anywhere really. Madison area and surrounding areas. Hoping to find someone to move by Aug 1st and looking for someone who can afford up to $500/mth. for rent, and necessity utilities. Luxury things(cable, internet) would be extra.
