I started at Epic on June 1st, and will be moving from my one bedroom sublease to a two bedroom on August 1st. I've already found an apartment I love at xxxx Kendall Ave; it's a great two bedroom-one bathroom near downtown Madison, in a great neighborhood. Utilities at the unit average about $70 a month for gas and electric per month total (water is included in rent), and both back lot parking and garage space are available to rent for a small additional fee from the landlord. However, the street parking is permit only, so parking shouldn't be too much of a problem if you don't want to pay more for parking.
